TUESDAY
May 29th
Enjoy an easy night of mingling with friends, sipping cocktails or fine wine, and relaxing. The Hospitality Suite is open from 3:00PM until midnight. Indulge in some appetizers and great conversation and be sure to check out the scheduled entertainment. Check out the hotel restaurant for dinner or mix it up at the hotel bar. It’s all your choice. Remember the Hospitality Suite is open to all registered package A conference guests.

WEDNESDAY
May 30th
Wake up to a freshly brewed cup of coffee, tea, juice, Danish, fresh biscuits and whatever else you need to start your day at our famous Be-All Cafe on the second floor. We’ll be there all week. Enjoy!
We’re doing an off-site adventure today. HairSpray, based on the original cult classic film by John Waters, is in production at Drury Lane Theaters. We will be attending the matinee performance. There will be transportation to and from this great setting where you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch and a superb performance. (See Off-Site Options on the registration form.)
Later that evening, join us at the pool for a Hawaiian buffet, a great Hawaiian dance ensemble for entertainment, followed by none other than DJ, Tarzana Shannon, who will provide plenty of dance music and some of her famous Karaoke. Be there or be square!!!
Late night, the Hospitality Suite is open for registered conference guests to enjoy!

THURSDAY
May 31st
Seminars start in the morning. Be sure to stop by the Be-All Cafe for your choice of beverages and sweet treats to start the morning off right.
At noon, join us for the opening lunch. We will have a special tribute to our veterans presented by one of our local members who is active with the VA. She will talk briefly about her position with the VA and will honor our veterans during this Memorial Day week. Whether you’re a veteran or not, be there to thank those among us who did their duty for all and their country and to remember those who were lost in our country’s wars.
As part of our 30th Anniversary Celebration, we will also be highlighting many of our presenters and vendors who have been part of the Be-All Conference since the early years. We want to recognize these wonderful supporters that have been part of this conference for so long.

Book Launch Event - A Transgender Author and Heroine Debut!
Join author Renee James, the Be-All staff and leaders of the transgender community at the official introduction of "Coming Out Can Be Murder", a new mystery/suspense novel that follows the life of a transsexual heroine who stalks the man who got away with murdering a trans woman. The launch includes readings from the novel, comments from Be-All and transgender community leaders and acknowledgement of other transgender authors and books. Members of the news media and book publishing trade are welcome.

After the afternoon seminars, get ready for a trip to the Casino. You will enjoy an amazing dinner at Epic Buffet in Hollywood Casino, Joliet. This is a wonderful buffet featuring prime rib, seafood, pasta, salads, and delectable desserts. Following dinner, you are free to enjoy the sights, entertainment, or try your hand at a little gambling. Round trip transportation is included, plus a $25.00 Gambling Voucher. When you arrive back at the hotel, you can dance to Allison Wonderband...they will keep you dancing and dancing and dancing.

FRIDAY
June 1st
Here Comes the Weekend!
The weekend is here...with so much to do! Start the morning out right with a coffee and something sweet from the Be-All Cafe, then get to one of our amazing seminars or check out the wonderful selection of vendors.
Join us at noon for lunch with none other than Mara Keisling, commander of NCTE. We all know and cherish her. Learn more about recent changes for the Transgender community on a national scale.
Tonight, we have a fabulous buffet followed by singer Eileen Birch. Ms. Birch will delight with a collection of classics and modern pieces. Next, savor the fine Chicago Blues of Dave Weld and the Imperial Flames. This band is from the heart of Chicago providing music that will get into your soul. Sit back and enjoy, or get up and dance, either way it is not a performance to miss.
The weekend is just getting started!

SATURDAY
June 2nd
Today is the day!
It’s time to buy those items you’ve been thinking about from our vendors. The surgeons are in the house to answer your every question... so get to their seminars.
Lunch at noon features our special guest speaker Amanda Simpson. Ms. Simpson has worked at the White House for several years and was appointed by the Obama administration. She is a wonderful spirit and an inspiration to us all.
“Tonight, tonight won’t be just any night”
It will be one of the most special evenings of the conference. We are celebrating our 30th Anniversary with many highlights including limo service to our beautiful Gala location, special appetizers during the cocktail hour, a wonderful dinner, 30th Anniversary Fireworks and The Wild Ones are back to rock the night away. What an evening and what a way to end a beautiful conference.
