TUESDAY, June 2nd
Welcome Reception

If you’ve been part of the Be-All in the past, you are aware of our famous Hospitality Suite. Today we open at 3:00PM and remain open until midnight on this opening day of the conference. This is the place to settle in and start your experience off with great conversations and some light entertainment. The Hospitality Suite offers top shelf everything in the way of drinks and food. Tuesday is open house for all registrants to enjoy. It’s a place to make plans for the evening’s dinner and the entire week ahead. There are great restaurants in the area, as well as in the hotel. So enjoy tonight and we’ll have a hot cup of ‘Joe’ waiting for you in the morning. You may need it!

WEDNESDAY, June 3rd
Lots to choose

Start today with that cup of coffee we promised you at the Be-All Coffee Shop located in the atrium. This “hot spot” is complimentary to all registered conference guests and offers some of the finest coffees, teas and pastries. The Coffee Shop is open daily from 7:00AM to 11:00AM.

The vendor shops will be open for business, so grab your coffee and browse their displays and merchandise, and buy something special for yourself. We’ll have the best of the best vendors from all over the country, and they need your support. .

Our off site activity today will be a trolley bus tour of some of the great highlights of Chicago. You'll be picked up at the hotel and transported to Chicago where you will see some great sights. You'll stop at the famous Millennium Park where you will enjoy a boxed lunch and soft drinks. Please don't scratch your initials in the bean...you'll go directly to jail. (see options) You may also want to do some shopping at Oakbrook Mall one of Chicago's premier malls just minutes from the hotel.

Starting at 4:00PM, come and join us for our annual Swim Fest. Jump in the pool or enjoy some sun on the veranda. At 6:00PM, we’ll be featuring a Hawaiian Buffet with some great entertainment. As the evening unfolds, drop by Be-All’s Hospitality Suite for drinks and more food, or check out the hotel lounge where we’ll have some great entertainment. Enjoy the evening!

THURSDAY June 4th
Here come the seminars and much more!

Seminars Begin Today
Educate... Learn... Experience...
Our seminars are for your journey. You will find your place on the path we all travel... many are content to remain as they are, while some choose the total gender experience. The choice is yours.

Start off the day with the Be-All Coffee Shop...atrium level right next to registration. Seminars begin today with both AM and PM time slots. These seminars will run for three consecutive days.

Also, join us for our opening lunch followed by a spring fashion show. We will need models, but not to worry, you can sign up when you arrive at the conference. Just bring one or two of your best outfits, casual, business or fancy.

After lunch you can take advantage of the seminars, shopping or a quick round of golf. (See options for golf) And don't forget about our hospitality suite which will be open in the afternoon and evening. There is no scheduled dinner tonight so you may want to try one of the great restaurants in the area. As another option, you may want to sign up for some Chicago fun at Tommy Gun's Garage and dinner theater. Transportation is included and you'll have a great time at their new location. (see options)

If you’re new to the Be-All, we will also be hosting a “First-Timers” dinner at a local restaurant. It’ll give you a chance to mix and mingle with other new folks as well as some of our seasoned staff. So if it is your first, or even second time, at the Be-All, plan on joining us.

A late night outing at North Beach Club, in Downers Grove with Stevie Conlon’s “Barely Standing Band” is being sponsored by Dr. Mark Zukowski. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel and club. This is always a great time and we had almost 200 attendees at last year’s bash. Get out there, dance, and mix it up with the locals… you’ll have a ball!

FRIDAY June 5th
Weekend’s Here... Where did everyone come from?

As the weekend unfolds, brace yourself as the attendees start pouring in! Now is the time to check out our wonderful vendors to buy that something special, schedule a makeover for tonight, or Saturday evening’s “can’t miss” event.

Morning and afternoon seminars provide an array of subjects to explore. Lunch today will be followed with festivities afterward.

Our Hospitality Suite is open once again, but remember, we have a scheduled cocktail hour with dinner tonight. After dinner, is our must see Variety Show. The talent we have assembled will knock you out! Afterward, you'll hear some of Chicago's great music and dance to the sounds of Blue Plate Special one of Chicago's premier Blue's Bands. You'll feel it inside you...have a great time and see you in the morning.

SATURDAY June 6th
What a Fabulous Day this will be...

Serious seminars are mixed in today to help those in need of information to aid them in their journey. Most of the vendor shops will be closing their doors late today, as the conference draws to an end. Seminars are still in full swing for today so don’t miss out!
Lunch will be served at high noon with a very special guest keynote speaker.

Our Hospitality Suite will be open until early evening, leaving you just enough time to get yourself looking amazing before our Grand Banquet. Then you will be whisked from the hotel via limousine to a setting like no other. If you were with us for the 25th anniversary in 2007, just tell your friends how fabulous it was. You’ll enjoy a great dinner at the Esplanade Lakes with wonderful people. The entertainment will bring you back to a day when music was music, so dance the night away!

We are also planning a repeat of some of the highlights of the 2007 event, so look fabulous. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy and savor the moment for many special memories in the making!

SUNDAY June 7th
Time to Say Good-bye

You’ve had a wonderful time renewing acquaintances and meeting new friends. All good things must come to an end, but there is always next year! Keep in touch with those you know throughout the year. Good friendships are what keeps the transgender community strong.

Don’t forget to make your plans for next year and tell everyone you know just how wonderful the Be-All Conference is.
